Profile tool steel of hardened carbon steel with a height of 40 mm and thickness of 4 mm. Steel blank profile 4x40 is an unground blank that permits a 40 mm high and 15 mm deep profiles. The deflector tool steel (S) is an approx 1 mm shallower steel pair that sit backward facing in the cutter (for the cutter marked MAN).
